Very good results

The total results of the employee survey are on the whole very high, although it is possible to discern a small decline in relation to the previous survey in 2013. The number of employees responding to the survey was also record-high; a good 96 per cent.

Now the challenge is to work on the areas that require improvement so that the Riksbank continues to develop and to be a workplace where the employees are happy," says HR Manager Christina Jacobsson.
