The Riksbank's employees think that the Riksbank is a very good place to work and they are satisfied with their job situation. This is revealed in the latest employee survey.
A clear majority say that they are proud to work at the Riksbank. They are motivated in their work and feel that there is a good discussion climate at the bank. Managerial leadership receives high marks and the employees' confidence in their line managers, as well in Governor Stefan Ingves and the Executive Board, is high.
Areas for improvement include a more even workload, more efficient working routines and closer cooperation between departments and divisions.
High degree of participation provides good basis
The results are at the same high level as when the survey was last conducted in 2011. Then as now, there was also a high response rate – 94 per cent of the employees participated in the survey.
"Thanks to the dedication of our employees we now have a good basis on which to make further efforts to maintain the good results and to develop those areas that need improvement so that the Riksbank continues to be a workplace where the employees enjoy their work," says Maria Wahl, Head of the Personnel Division.
