On 1 April the Riksbank offers new SEK loans (3 months)

On the 20 October 2008 the Riksbank introduced a programme of recurrent auctions in order to offer SEK loans to the monetary counterparties. On the 13 February 2009, the Riksbank announced that in the future the loans will be offered with a variable interest rate and at longer maturities.

 

The 56th credit under the new program will be provided in a 3-month auction held on 1 April and will comprise SEK 25 billion. The term to maturity is 84 days, which means that the loan will fall due on 30 June 2010. The minimum interest rate will correspond to the average repo rate during the maturity of the loan with a supplement of 0.30 percentage points.
