New head of the IT Department

The Executive Board of the Riksbank has appointed Hans Ohlson as new head of the IT Department. Mr. Ohlson will take up this post on 15 May.

Hans Ohlson has a broad and solid experience of IT issues. He joins the Riksbank from Telenor ASA in Oslo, where he held the position of Senior Advisor. His duties there included responsibility for the Group's IT agreements. Prior to that, he was employed by Gartner as Vice-President of the Gartner Measurement business area. He has previously worked as head of IT Kommunsektorns Pension AB, KPA and Philipson Bil AB.
