On 9 July 2009, the Riksbank published general and summary conditions for the Riksbank's lending at a fixed interest rate. As it has come to the Riksbank's attention that there has been some degree of uncertainty regarding whether the restricted monetary policy counterparties are entitled to submit bids, the Riksbank has decided to alter the conditions so that it is made clear that the restricted monetary policy counterparties are not entitled to submit bids.
