Sweden publishes the IMF’s statement on the Swedish economy

The International Monetary Fund, IMF, has recently concluded an extensive examination of the Swedish economy. In connection with this they are presenting and publishing a statement in which the head of the IMF delegation, Mr. Peter Doyle, reports his views on the Swedish economy.   
 
A delegation from the International Monetary Fund, IMF, has concluded its annual visit to Sweden. The visit is one of the IMF's regular consultations with member countries. During the course of its visit, the delegation has met representatives from the Riksbank, the Ministry of Finance, the National Institute of Economic Research, the Swedish National Debt Office, the major Swedish banks, and many others. In connection with the examination a statement is being published in which the head of the IMF delegation, Mr. Peter Doyle, presents his views on the Swedish economy.
