Lars E.O. Svensson appointed Affiliated Professor at Stockholm University

On 25 June 2009 Deputy Governor Lars E.O. Svensson was appointed Affiliated Professor at the Institute for International Economic Studies at Stockholm University. The affiliation to Stockholm University aims to broaden the University’s network of contacts in the academic world and to bring about a collaboration between Lars E.O. Svensson and the Institute in various contexts. This could entail, for instance, Professor Svensson holding lectures or seminars and taking part in various types of conference and discussion within his field of research.
“I am very much looking forward to renewing contacts with my previous research institute and at the same time continuing my work at the Riksbank as usual," says Deputy Governor Lars E.O. Svensson.
