Invitation to press meeting with ECB Vice-President Lucas Papademos and central bank governors Leszek Balcerowicz and Lars Heikensten

The Riksbank will hold a press meeting on Sunday, 12 June at 1 p.m. with the ECB Vice-President Lucas Papademos, the President of the National Bank of Poland Leszek Balcerowicz and Riksbank Governor Lars Heikensten. The press meeting will be held in conjunction with the conference that the Riksbank is organising on 10-12 June, at which some of the world’s foremost monetary policy researchers and policymakers from central banks around the world will be participating. The conference will be addressing current issues in inflation targeting, e.g. how openness and communication can make policy more effective.
