Commemorative book

The commemorative book “Sveriges Riksbank and the History of Central Banking” will be published during the 350th celebrations. It documents the history of the Riksbank in the light of the functions performed by the bank over the years and describes the historical development of other currently important central banks. The book gives the reader an overall picture of the history of central banking, with the main focus on the Riksbank.

The book will be presented at the anniversary conference on 25 May 2018 and will be available for purchase at bookshops. The book is published by Cambridge University Press.
